Description of the speaker:
Dr Frank Thiede is a tax consultant specialising in advising on private and institutional investment strategies from a tax perspective. In addition to the Investment Tax Act, his many years of experience also include international tax law. He is also involved in ongoing proceedings to support his clients in tax audits and criminal tax proceedings, e.g. in connection with capital investment structures. Dr Frank Thiede is the founder and CEO of the law firm TA, which focuses on investments, transactions and tax complianceXGATE with a team of experts who have successfully implemented a large number of fund structures, investment acquisitions and restructurings with sustainable solutions, particularly in the property and financial sectors.
