Lawyer and tax consultant to change on 1 January 2025 Markus Schenk joined TAXGATE as a partner. He is no stranger to TAXGATE and has already worked at TAXGATE from 2014 to 2018. In the meantime, he has deepened his expertise with positions at a "Next Sixt" company in the area of succession advice/private clients and as a partner in a medium-sized law firm. He advises medium-sized family businesses and their owners as well as wealthy private individuals on legal, tax and interpersonal matters, including family governance issues. He benefits from his additional training as a coach and mediator. He is also a member of the audit committee for tax consultants.
