Dr Frank Thiede
Consultant profile
Dr Frank Thiede has been advising both private and institutional investors for many years.
Investors in the areas of tax planning and declaration.
He also has many years of experience in conflict situations with the tax authorities - both in tax audits and in the case of criminal tax proceedings, particularly in connection with capital investments and cross-border investments.
After studying economics and gaining his doctorate at the University of Hohenheim, he worked as a tax consultant for an international IT group and for a Big Four auditing firm, where he was responsible for VAT, international tax law and investment tax law.
After working in New York, London, Frankfurt am Main and Zurich, he founded TAXGATE in Stuttgart, a law firm specialising in transactions, investments and tax compliance.
